Delivery & Returns


Our backpacks are shipped safely and quickly by our partner DHL. Each order is normally processed on the same day and sent after receipt of payment. Our products are shipped exclusively via the climate-neutral process GOGREEN.

The delivery to Germany is free of charge. For all other countries the delivery costs depend on the country of destination and will be shown at the check out process. The delivery time depends on the country and are as follows:

* When using prepayment, the delivery period starts on the day after the payment order is sent to the transferring bank or, in case another payment method is used, the day after the contract is concluded, and ends at the end of the last day of the payment period. If the last day of the payment period is a Sunday or a public holiday officially recognized at the delivery location, the next working day shall take the place of this day.

Did you know: If you pay with PayPal, you will be reimbursed your return costs up to 12 times a year!

How does the return refund through PayPal work?
Before you can use the PayPal service, you have to activate it once under this link (select your country in the footer). Simply click on "Activate for free" and follow the instructions on your screen. After activation you have to do the following to reimburse the return costs:

  1. Return items: Bring your parcel well and securely packed to the post office, return the package postage paid and keep the receipt.
  2. Request a refund: log into your PayPal account, select the order placed with Fitz & Huxley and the returned item under "Activities" and request your refund.
  3. Receive a refund: the refund will be credited approximately five days after you apply for your account.
